Why can't I get the game to load?

Most POGO.tv games require Flash. If you don't have it, you can download the free Flash plug-in here.

This will allow you to play the majority of our games library. The remaining games require the Shockwave plug-in, which you can download free here.

If you still can't get the game to load, you might be running ad-blocking software that prevents the game from loading. Turn off your ad-blocking software (or ask your parents to help you turn it off) and then try loading the game again.

I still can't get games to work on my computer. What should I do?

Why does the Games page look funny on my computer?

POGO.tv looks best on the latest version of Internet Explorer.

Why is the game taking so long to load?

Most of our games have file sizes ranging from 500K to 1.5 MB. Depending on your Internet connection, games can take several minutes to load. For information about high-speed access, please contact your local service provider.

What are Gadget Games?

A Gadget Game is a specific type of game that incorporates computer peripherals such as webcams and microphones to add a whole new level of interaction with your favorite Cartoon Network characters.

What extra equipment do I need to play Gadget Games?

Gadget Games typically require a webcam and/or a microphone, with each Gadget Game showing icons and text to indicate which peripherals it uses.

Are Gadget Games safe?

Yes, Gadget Games are totally safe! Sounds and images from your microphone or webcam are used only to enhance gameplay and add to your level of interaction with the game. No sounds or images from your microphone or webcam are recorded or stored in any way whatsoever.
